Returns, refunds, cancellations and exchanges

Return Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, items that have been opened or tried on are non-returnable. Other items may be returned within 14 days. Please email us at contact@annavine.co.uk to check if you are eligible for a return. If you send an item back without contacting us beforehand, you may not be eligible for a return, and you will have to pay the shipping costs to have your item sent back out. We offer either an exchange or store credit when an item is returned. All items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return. 

Cancellations

All orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges
If you have ordered the wrong size or colour, no problem! Contact us, and we will let you know return details, as well as sending an invoice for the resend shipping costs.  Due to hygiene reasons, items that have been opened or tried on are non-returnable. The item must be in its original condition and packaging to qualify for an exchange.
 
Incorrect/Damaged Orders

If your order has arrived damaged or incorrectly, please contact us. We'll get it sorted asap!

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your address before entering it. If your order is returned to us due to being incorrectly addressed or unclaimed you will be charged for a reshipment, or you may cancel your order with a 10% fee.
